On Departure

  When leaving the flat at the end of your stay please ensure the following:

• Water supply to bathroom/kitchen turned off in the cupboard to the right of the bedroom door.  It is only necessary to turn off the upper valve.  Above the upper shelf on the right side.

• Water supply to hot water tank turned off, also in the same cupboard.

• Heaters turned off.

• Fridge empty and turned off at the switch on the counter.  Please leave the door slightly open.

• Dishwasher door slightly open and turned off at the switch on the counter.

• Washing machine door slightly open and turned off at the switch on the counter.

• All other power switches turned off (including microwave/oven in cupboard to left and below, and TV/Video equipment in bench storage below left window)

• Any dirty sheets and towels leave on the bathroom floor and inform me there is dirty laundry left in the flat.

• All windows closed and locked

• All blinds down

• All lights off

• Door locked

Please return the key to the lockbox and randomize the numbers.
